“Picky Like Goldilocks - And This Place Was Just Right”
I’m picky — like Goldilocks with a hotel key — and this Hilton Garden Inn was just right. I only stayed one night, but everything impressed me. “Outstanding stay”
We had originally looked at staying at a hotel in Memphis, but after reading reviews saying they had tires slashed in the parking lot, we opted to stay in nearby Southaven. We made the right choice. “So clean!”
We stayed here during a 2-day stop in Memphis. We booked 4 rooms. We are diamond members and were greeted as such on check-in and our benefits were explained. “Really good”
This is a hotel that provides service to many travelers flying in and out of Memphis. Situated fairly close to the airport, they provide a shuttle to and from the airport when requested. It does take a half an hour or so for it to arrive so be prepared for that. But it comes and does the job. Wait … lisää

“Average”
Very small rooms, not worth the price. Need to have breakfast included in price. Hotel was somewhat clean, but could have been better. $200 per night seemed high for the quality. Staff was ok, could have been better. Amenities need to be updated.
