I I had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Springfield for a month, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. The service here is nothing short of exceptional. I would like to give special recognition to the front desk staff—Subha, Safin, and Rashid. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to outstanding customer service truly made a difference in my stay. They consistently went above and beyond, not only making me feel comfortable and welcome but also ensuring every guest was personally cared for. They were always checking in to see how our stay was going and asking what more they could do to improve our experience—simply outstanding service. Beyond the excellent staff, the hotel’s location is ideal—close to everything you might need, including restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, and the metro station. It’s convenient, clean, and incredibly well-run. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel at home during my extended stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Springfield area—you won’t be disappointed!

Hotel location is centrally located, close to shopping, restaurants, Mt. Vernon and DC off of I-95. The staff was courteous and informative. Shuttle was readily available to us. Hotel location is centrally located, close to shopping, restaurants, Mt. Vernon and DC off of I-95. The staff was courteous and informative. Shuttle was readily available to us. Complimentary breakfast was provided; food was hot and fresh with variety from eggs to pancakes to fruit. Rooms were very clean as well as the hotel property, which was well maintained. Will definitely stay there again when we are in the area!

My Husband and I were towards the end of a long Road Trip. Albuquerque to Chicago then Niagara Falls and a visit to Boston, Mass.. We were on our way to Aiken, SC via I-95. LOVE staying at a Holiday Inn Express when we can on all our Journey's throughout the USA. Decided to stop here in Springfield… lisää

My Husband and I were towards the end of a long Road Trip. Albuquerque to Chicago then Niagara Falls and a visit to Boston, Mass.. We were on our way to Aiken, SC via I-95. LOVE staying at a Holiday Inn Express when we can on all our Journey's throughout the USA. Decided to stop here in Springfield because it was a halfway point to Aiken. AND my Husband and I once again reminded ourselves what it was like travelling through DC on I-95. :( We finally made it to our destination and being tired and stressed and oh so weary I walked into the Lobby of the Hotel and there was Subha!. :) She greeted me with the most welcoming and friendliest of beautiful smiles and I immediately felt better. Checked in to a clean and nicely decorated room. Had dinner at a local restaurant and then a restful nights sleep in our most comfortable IHG Hotel bed. A delicious breakfast awaited us the next morning and we were on our way to South Carolina. Thank you again to Subha. Our Oasis of a Hostess on our very long Road Trip.
