“Great for extended stay”

Very comfortable with full size refrigerator and a stove if needed, the suite had a fold out sofa that converted to a bed for our granddaughter. The breakfast was one of the better ones I've seen in a while. Also there were plenty of restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes in all directions.

They are not only dog-friendly but have one flat rate of $75 for the entire state, unlike other hotels, which charge $50+ per night for one pet. The suite comes with a full-size fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, regular electric oven, coffee pot, toaster, sink, and all the kitchen utensils you need for your stay. It's a charming hotel for the price. However, the ice maker was broken, and maintenance replaced it with a new one on the second day. The elevators quit working for a while on day three. The staff are very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help me mail back a few hats I left behind in a prepaid FedEx package. They have all the items you can ask for in a continental breakfast.

This is a shout out to Andrea at the front desk. We are currently staying at the hotel and have stayed there this past September. We were very happy with our room, the free breakfast, happy hour and free laundry services. This time we were not happy with our room and I spoke to Andrea who gave us another room right away and even upgraded us. We so appreciate it and will continue to stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area visiting family.

I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites Houston Stafford, and overall, I’m rating my experience 4 stars. This 3-star property offers a solid level of comfort, value, and convenience that made my stay pleasant. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. I initially checked into a room that was too close to the elevators, but the front desk was quick to assist and moved me without issue. Customer service was responsive and appreciated. My suite was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, especially with the full kitchen and comfortable bed. It had a cozy, home-like feel that’s great for short or extended stays. One thing outside of the hotel’s control was the noticeable noise from the guest above me—heavy footsteps that were hard to ignore and did affect my sleep somewhat. While not a dealbreaker, it’s worth noting for light sleepers. The breakfast was satisfying, with a nice selection, and the property was well-maintained overall. The location is convenient for accessing nearby shopping, dining, and major roads. Despite a few hiccups, this was still a positive experience, and I would stay again when visiting the Houston/Stafford area.
