“Experience was OK”

The experience was OK. The room was good as was the WiFi. The breakfast was pretty small. It was not too far from the downtown area and was fairly close to the interstate. The neighborhood wasn’t great and my wife didn’t feel totally safe when we arrived. The room was fine.

“Good option but needs some TLC”

Hotels in Chatt are expensive, and so we chose this one for the price and location relatively close to downtown (about 8 minutes away). Overall, it was a good experience and we'd stay here again. But the neighborhood is a little sketchy, there were stains on the pillowcases that needed to be bleach… lisää

Hotels in Chatt are expensive, and so we chose this one for the price and location relatively close to downtown (about 8 minutes away). Overall, it was a good experience and we'd stay here again. But the neighborhood is a little sketchy, there were stains on the pillowcases that needed to be bleached out, the sink was missing its stopper, and the tub faucet never stopped dripping water. A little normal maintenance would make a big difference!

“Skip breakfast”

We went for an overnight trip for my birthday. The room was clean, the staff friendly. It wasn’t really anywhere with any kind of view. I expected more downtown-ish I guess. We went for an overnight trip for my birthday. The room was clean, the staff friendly. It wasn’t really anywhere with any kind of view. I expected more downtown-ish I guess. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but that’s usually a preference for people. Our toilet made a very strange noise while filling up so that was weird in the middle of the night. The space in the bathroom was well utilized. A corner sink gave more room in there but also had plenty of space to put our toiletries. There were also shelves on the bottom so it really made a difference. The shower head was great. Breakfast was another story. Eggs, WELL overcooked sausage, the waffle batter barely came out and after we made waffles (finally) was kind of soured or something. It was the plain batter. The milk was either about to turn or had turned but one taste was enough. There was also juice, coffee and water available. Plenty of pastries, yogurt and cereal (but the milk….) Other than breakfast we would probably stay again.

“Unfriendly ”

Although it says "downtown ", I would not agree. There's nothing with walking distance, and true downtown is at least 5 minute drive. It's not the greatest area, but is convenient to the major roads. Clean, but third floor smells bad, as did our room. Refrigerator froze everything but there was no… lisää

Although it says "downtown ", I would not agree. There's nothing with walking distance, and true downtown is at least 5 minute drive. It's not the greatest area, but is convenient to the major roads. Clean, but third floor smells bad, as did our room. Refrigerator froze everything but there was no way to lower the temp. We asked at the desk but never got fixed. Tub faucet never completely turned off for a shower, and shower head was clogged so the pray split in 2 directions. My biggest problem here was with the staff, every step of the way. The woman who checked us in had a bad attitude and wasn't even trying to hide it. Shoemaker a mistake on our registration, so the next day we got locked out of our room and had to get keys reprinted. The man who did breakfast every day also had a bad attitude. He kept everything clean, but it was clear he didn't want to be there. He rudely reached in front of guests to refill things without saying excuse me or even acknowledging they were trying to get food. I watched him unplug the warmer on the hot food 45 minutes before breakfast ended, obviously anxious to get it over. He was very curt with people using the waffle maker. A smile and friendly attitude would make a big difference in making customers feel welcomed. The gym is here but weights were sticky, nothing to sanitize with. If you're on a budget, this place will save you money. But I wouldn't stay here again.
