“First time to Gatlinburg”
It’s the first time an Inn keeper (Keith) met us while we were still in the car and had us checked in before we got out. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. “Great Smoky Mountains trip”
Amazing 10 out of 10 Service, the views of the river were gorgeous. There was adequate space away from the craziness of downtown.

“Enjoyed the views from the balcony.”
Our room 113: very nicely laid out. Loved the balcony over the river. Saw black bear; various water birds. Guests were noisy 1st night. Staff took care of it. I enjoyed our stay. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

I had the most amazing time for my birthday! Everyone was so nice and friendly. The room was clean. The views were amazing. The heirloom room was excellent and treated me so well on my special day! “Charming Stay”
The room, the location, and The Heirloom Room were all great! The newly renovated motel was quite and comfortable. Located at the northern end of town.
