“Awesome , great location, clean and does not break the wallet”

Everything is clear instructed. Location os so convenient to the trolley stop (across the street) for the red route that takes you to the most restaurants , anakeesta and the aquarium. Room is clean. Breakfast is ok. But we are not there to eat breakfast.

Communication was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Building is older but everything worked and updates had been made to rooms. Also very walkable to the Gatlinburg trail.

“Not what I expected”

The hotel is very nice but there were issues. They helped us get our luggae up to the room since the elevator was not able to be used due construction the first night and 1/2 the next day 1. On check in they did not tell us there was nor maid service or how we were to get towels and other neccessa… lisää

The hotel is very nice but there were issues. They helped us get our luggae up to the room since the elevator was not able to be used due construction the first night and 1/2 the next day 1. On check in they did not tell us there was nor maid service or how we were to get towels and other neccessaries' we are take our own trash to the dumpster pickup towels and such at the office. because we were site seeing when the times they room delevery was prfetty limited 2. New paint job was sloppy with mirrors and sink with large slop over. the connecting doors were painted shut. I had to help get it open. 3. the night before we left the heater stopped working so in the middle of packing we had to deal with this. THey did open the connect room thgat had a fireplace so we coulkd cleep with dome heat. This room also had heater failure. Nn compensation offerred for these issuse.

We honestly had so much fun and no complaints about our stay in the room. The hotel was located in town only a 7 minute casual walk from the hotel to wear all the action and restaurants are. And was only about 5 minute drive to our hiking trail in the mountains. We were able to commute around very… lisää

We honestly had so much fun and no complaints about our stay in the room. The hotel was located in town only a 7 minute casual walk from the hotel to wear all the action and restaurants are. And was only about 5 minute drive to our hiking trail in the mountains. We were able to commute around very easy from our hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. They even had a bathmat for us so we wouldn't slip in the shower. The pool was drained so the area couldnt be used, and the elevator had a floor mat that was worse for wear. The building seemed to be older so it did look more worn on the outside but again, the room was awesome! The front desk was super nice and gave us good recommendations for restaurants when we asked. We only stayed for 2 nights and didnt get our room cleaned while we stayed so idk how the room cleaners were, but it was clean when we got there lol. Definitely would stay again.
