I had the opportunity to stay here when I was on a cousin trip with my mom. We had the BEST time visiting the area, and being able to stay in this hotel made it even better. The front desk staff (Nikki and Nicole...yes, there were others, but I cannot remember their names unfortunately) were so kind and welcoming. Every time we walked in, they asked how we were and if we had fun doing whatever it was that we did that day. Our room was spotlessly clean and VERY comfortable. The beds were easy to sleep on, and unlike other hotels, had enough blankets on the bed for a perfect night's sleep. The breakfast offerings were tasty, hot, and filling. We felt safe, secure, and well cared for. The Manager Shawna was sooo fun to be around. She was a positive beacon. She would welcome her employees in as they came to work, and I could tell that she genuinely cared about them. Shawna called her guests by name and that was a very welcome thing to see. This West Memphis Tru Hilton is highly recommended and the next time I am in the area, I will definitely come back and stay here.

“Good place to stay”

This place was much better than what some reviews forewarned. As with all hotels, be careful where you park and what you leave in the car. This place has excellent lighting and seemed fine. This place was much better than what some reviews forewarned. As with all hotels, be careful where you park and what you leave in the car. This place has excellent lighting and seemed fine. Inside it is modern and clean. Good varied breakfast with a pancake machine and yogurt dispenser. Eggs ham etc. Spacious area. Room had clean vinyl floor. Bed was nice. Shower good. The highway is noisy and might bother some so ask for the other side. I might stay here again but might opt for other new nearby places.

“Work on cleaning and maintenance”

The room was okay but could definitely have been much, much cleaner, and towels are replaced daily unless you ask. The rooms are not tended to daily “for your convenience”…whatever that means! A cleaner hotel room is more convenient for me. There was hair on the side of the shower/tub when we enter… lisää

The room was okay but could definitely have been much, much cleaner, and towels are replaced daily unless you ask. The rooms are not tended to daily “for your convenience”…whatever that means! A cleaner hotel room is more convenient for me. There was hair on the side of the shower/tub when we entered that did not belong to us. I had to use antibacterial wipes on the inside of the door of the room because there were greasy handprints all over it. The shades were broken and held up by office supply clips (see photo). The scenery outside the windows is bleak at best, but that’s West Memphis, AK for you. The bathroom’s wallpaper is in poor condition. The lobby features a pool table and game area, which my family enjoyed in the evening after our trip to Graceland. There is a small pool and fitness room near the entrance, but we did not use them. The breakfast was fine and there are options for vegetarians.
