When we are lucky enough to make it to the Smokey’s We always stay here It is so nice and clean Every thing is available that you need Nice snack bar Voucher for breakfast. Everyone on site is so polite and friendly If you have a problem just call and they get right to it Had a wonderful stay

From the initial check-in to the checkout, everything was perfect. Is immaculate, clean, all staff, TV channels, mattress is great, just overall perfect. We definitely will return.

“All around....Great place for couples or families.”

For years I have driven by this hotel and wondered if it was nice. I didnt realize when I booked it that this was the same hotel. We got the king suite/creek view and it was so nice! I was able to glance into others as they were cleaning and they are equally as nice. Great water pressure, clean, q… lisää

For years I have driven by this hotel and wondered if it was nice. I didnt realize when I booked it that this was the same hotel. We got the king suite/creek view and it was so nice! I was able to glance into others as they were cleaning and they are equally as nice. Great water pressure, clean, quiet, bright, near enough to walk to the island. Here's a strange highlight: I walked on the floor with brand new white socks and they showed no dirt! None! Still white on the bottom. Now thats impressive to me. I also walked by the laundry room and saw them washing pillows as well as some comforters. That means alot. The only negative was the bed and pillows. Bed wasn't as comfortable as it looked, but we still got a pretty good night's sleep. They are renovating some rooms, but I don't know if ours already was or not. Pillows were a little flat. Also...from our balcony we could see the fireworks from Dollywood, which was cool since we didn't stay late enough when we went. All in all....great place! Definitely affordable and we will be back. Oh! Breakfast included is not on the property, but across the street at Reagans Pancake house. You can get a pancake breakfast for free or get their buffet for $6. Its a good buffet, but if you have little ones who like cereal youll have to order from the menu...otherwise there is plenty for kids to eat. (I saw kids piling on the bacon and French toast🤣) Thanks for the great vacay!!!

“Weekend getaway”

The renovation to the rooms was wonderful, I honestly was shocked when we walked in. The staff were extremely friendly. The location was great for us to just walk to the Island and other locations. Only things that need updated and it maybe in their plans… better signage- the sign as you pull in … lisää

The renovation to the rooms was wonderful, I honestly was shocked when we walked in. The staff were extremely friendly. The location was great for us to just walk to the Island and other locations. Only things that need updated and it maybe in their plans… better signage- the sign as you pull in blends into wall so hard to see and the elevator needs upgraded- it’s very slow. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
