We booked this hotel through Priceline for four days and three nights to attend an education conference in town. We have never been or even heard of creekstone before we usually stay at Norma Dan motel in pigeon forge Tennessee. This hotel is definitely a family friendly non-smoking resort where the front desk staff to the housekeepers personnel go out of their way to make your stay very pleasant and enjoyable no matter what you're in pigeon forge or Gatlinburg area for. From the time we checked in with the two young men at the front desk who provided us with excellent customer service and a lot of information about where to eat where to go they were like concierge at a fancy hotel. The other personnel went out of their way to make us feel at home where the housekeepers too young hispanic ladies who made up a room daily provided us with clean towels took out our trash and we're very eager to please us and finally every morning the three ladies who ran the breakfast buffet with a smile and cooked and cleaned the breakfast room were a great touch to our stay; my wife and I really enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet that was cooked up by these ladies and serve to us buffet style we concluded scrambled eggs sausage home fries and homemade waffles. They also have the very best hot coffee & cappuccino in pigeon forge / Gatlinburg and trust me we've had a share of Starbucks in the coffee at this hotel it's so much better. Also why we were there we enjoyed the complimentary tubing behind the resort as well as the great fishing experience in the same river, we did have to obtain a license from Walmart to fish there. The river has plenty of perch rainbow trout and big mouth freshwater bass running in the stream and rapids in the far end behind the resort. We stayed in room 1423 that was kept super clean on the 4th floor, the beds were a bit hard the shower had plenty of hot water with great pressure. My wife really enjoyed our shower that has complimentary body wash shampoo and conditioner in the dispensary inside the shower attached to the wall. I will have to say that management at this particular property must run a tight operation because it seems like a staff is always so nice knowledge of the hotel surroundings and they're always eager to please the guest at the establishment. The complimentary breakfast served every morning by those amazing three ladies constantly rotating the food on the complimentary hot buffet keeping it fresh and endless.
