“Extremely satisfied”
First time here, did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and professional. The location was perfect for exploring Pidgeon Forge or hopping the free trolley to Gatlinburg. “Absolutely FABULOUS experience!”
This place is absolutely fabulous! Perhaps not as posh as the original but wonderful in it's own right. Upon entering the lobby I could feel my stress level just dissipating. “All in all a pleasant stay”
My friends and I had a lovely 2-night stay at this hotel for a great price. The hotel is so close to Margaritaville Island that we walked everywhere. “Great location and relaxing stay”
The location was perfect, especially if you like spending time at the Island. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the suite was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere inside the hotel was relaxing, and the amenities were great. I would definitely stay here again.
