Had a great experience at this Hampton Inn. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel is extremely clean and welcoming.

The hotel staff is friendly and sincerely goes out of their way to provide assistance. This is especially true of Tammy and Suzie who provide the deliciously nutritious breakfast each day! They greet guests with a warm smile, attentively clean counters/tables, and keep food/supplies stocked. While some items are offered each day (fruit, hot oatmeal, waffles, and sweet breads), the hot breakfast menu changes daily. Knoxville offers a plethora of hotels, but only Hampton Inn & Suites at 601 Weisgarger Road has Tammy and Suzie who start your day with a tasty, healthy breakfast and fresh hot coffee with a southern welcome!

“Need Better Beds”

Booked this room as a quick overnight stop on our way to East TN. The hotel itself was clean and seemed well kept. Booked this room as a quick overnight stop on our way to East TN. The hotel itself was clean and seemed well kept. We didn't really have many interactions with staff, as we checked in and out on the app, but the breakfast staff was friendly. Rooms were pretty standard for what you'd expect at a Hampton Inn. My biggest complaint on the room would be the bed, which was very firm and springy. Any movement from your partner you felt. Between the long drive and stiff bed, I woke up the next morning with my back hurting. Breakfast offered a good selection with waffle irons, breakfast potatoes, southwestern eggs, along with grab and go type options. The location of the hotel is nice with pretty simple ease getting on and off the interstate. Overall, I'm not convinced my stay was worth the extra money I spent on getting the hotel that was well reviewed. This certainly isn't a bad hotel and would potentially stay here again, but only if the value was better.

“Clean, friendly, and Slept like a baby.”

The hotel was very clean and the staff so friendly! I want to highlight Susan at the front desk. She was super friendly and helpful pointing out things to do around Knoxville. This was my first time here and I would definitely stay here again.
