This hotel was set back from the main road just enough for it to be super peaceful and quiet - the staff was so welcoming and helpful and the room and lobby are beautiful. Very spacious and has such a relaxing, inviting atmosphere. I absolutely love how well versed staff is on ADA laws and service animals as well as how thoughtful they are about pet dogs. I have to give a huge shoutout to Michelle and Chris D. for going above and beyond for my boyfriend and I when our vehicle broke down - they really made us feel at home and were so kind and helpful with pointing us in the direction of the best local resources to get our vehicle home back to northern Minnesota. We could not be more thankful. If you are looking for a place to stay in Knoxville, THIS IS IT! I highly recommend Tru by Hilton Knoxville North I 75 and next time we come through, we will only stay here. You will not be disappointed in anything here, amenities and rooms are top notch and staff are absolutely amazing. My only regret is that we missed saying good bye to Michelle and Chris on our way back through from South Carolina. If you read this, thank you again for everything. :)

I had a genuinely great experience recently at the Tru by Hilton in North Knoxville and from the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The atmosphere of the hotel is clean and modern, upbeat and relaxed, with inviting common areas that feel comfortable whether you’re passing through or hanging out for a bit. My room was totally clean and well-maintained, always one of my top priorities when traveling. Everything felt fresh, thoughtfully laid out, and quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. Overall, the Tru Hilton delivered exactly what I hoped for—excellent service, a pleasant vibe, and spotless accommodations. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the North Knoxville area.

“Quick stay”

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. Free water. They made morning extra special for Easter. Cons: noisy we could hear the people above us all night. Breakfast was pretty basic and juice not working. Overall: would not hesitate to stay here again.
