Really nice place! Everyone was friendly. The room was large and clean, and housekeeping did a great job. The fridge was larger than most which was nice. Really nice place! Everyone was friendly. The room was large and clean, and housekeeping did a great job. The fridge was larger than most which was nice. Great water pressure and plenty of plugs and lights. We loved the bed and the configuration of the room Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but it was set up a little early which was nice. Great tv - easy to use guide. Workout room was small but had a bench and free weights. No recycling (but I’m pretty sure there is no recycling in Alpine anywhere). If you’re headed there, it’s through town. Just when you think “is this the right way?” you’ll see it.

We booked a last minute night here after a long day at Big Bend. Best experience! The front desk as very nice and they had water, cookies a sore of happy hour going on. We booked a last minute night here after a long day at Big Bend. Best experience! The front desk as very nice and they had water, cookies a sore of happy hour going on. We stayed in a kind suite which was very clean and spacious. Water pressure was great, beds comfy and we used the pull out for our 9 year old son. Breakfast was plentiful and the lady who worked the area was kind and chatty. Coffee was great and overall a wonderful stay. Will stay again!

“Would Recommend But Could Use Some Sprucing Up”

There was three of us so we chose a suite. It was very spacious. However, it was right next to the pool, room 101, and there was a persistent hum outside the window the entire time. Not sure if it was pool equipment or AC equipment, but if you are a light sleeper, this may not be a room for you. As with any hotel, they pull out sofa was not the best for sleeping. It was also just a full mattress. There is room to accommodate a larger sofa and that might be something they should look into. The bathroom needed a little bit of updating. Beds were comfortable. However, I did ask for no feather pillows/bedding and confirm this twice with the front desk. It turned out that there were several feather pillows. Being someone who is highly allergic, it would be great if the manager or housekeeping manager could be sure that something like this is taken care of prior to the guest arrival. The breakfast area was accommodating and the food was as to expected with a hotel breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the overall appearance of the hotel was very nice. It sits on the outskirts of town as you come in from Marfa, so it was very easy for us to get in and out. I would recommend this hotel.

Room seemed dated - tables scratched, molding missing, doors on closet wobbly- No kleenex in the holder and 2nd key didn't work (had to get from front desk) no coffee pot - No local information in room. Wall electrical socket exposed (photo) 1//4" gap in the hall door frame (photo) Had a mini muffin (very dry) hard boiled egg (through it away, after trying to peal it) and orange from breakfast bar PRO'S The bed was comfortable and a newer sofa & chair A/C was good , no too noisy
