“The Hyatt Centric Congress Ave, Austin Experience”
The room assigned to me first was very tiny. I could not even move around. I mentioned that to the manager Rishi and he promptly changed my assignment to a much more comfortable room. He made sure that I was comfortable even on the day I was leaving.

“Stunning views, courteous staff, great breakfast.”
One of our best hotel experiences yet. I travel often for work, and this Hyatt is a standout. I expect all Hyatts to be clean and have comfortable beds. No problem there. “Almost a good exprience!”
Nice hotel, but they strung us along for about 2 hours before changing our reservation, putting us into a lesser room, and not refunding any of the price difference.

Location was perfect! Atmosphere was great, I loved this hotel! The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The room was very clean!
