Thanks to AmEx Travel, I got a room upgrade as well as $100 hotel credit for cocktail and breakfast. My corner room (2301) overlooks the capitol dome and UT stadium. I also appreciated the plush robe, comfortable bed and cool AC. The outdoor rooftop patio was not open so no comment on ambiance and view. Seasonal fruit platter at the lobby cafe was excellent. Spacious and well-equipped gym but the left foot strap of indoor rower requires replacement. Decent location with no issue for Waymo pick-up. Efficient and friendly check in/out. Only suggestion for improvement is frequent dusting of bathroom exhaust area.

“Location Location Location”

You can't ask for a better location. Staff is warm and welcoming. We loved the upstairs bar/lounge. The downstairs restaurant is perfect for early morning coffee. Great hotel.

“Good location/tiny room”

The rooms are very small & lack adequate storage & no in room safe. Central location for the city. Nearby coffee shop & food. Not enough rooms with two beds

This hotel is in a great location, just a couple of blocks to the 6th St. scene, close to the Capitol building too. This hotel is in a great location, just a couple of blocks to the 6th St. scene, close to the Capitol building too. I checked in and asked for a higher room, for noise mitigation, and got a room on the 22nd floor, great views, no noise from outside. I thought the room layout was a bit odd, and a sandblasted glass door to the toilet, was surprising because I doubt it would keep sound in ( I was traveling solo) The thermostat worked ok, staff was very friendly, valet service and easy Uber pick up in front. It wasn't a high end feel, as the room had scuffs on wall, some wear, and the same condition in the elevators.
