“Low beds, great Front Desk Clerk”

We reserved an accessible room with two queen beds. The bed was so low to the ground, that I was unable to stand up from it. I finally had to crawl out on my knees, in order to lift myself up. We reserved an accessible room with two queen beds. The bed was so low to the ground, that I was unable to stand up from it. I finally had to crawl out on my knees, in order to lift myself up. Both beds were at the same height. I did not discover this problem until 10 PM on the first night. The Front Desk Clerk Dianne was SO professional when I reported the problem and requested a different room. She was compassionate in regards to the embarrassment and quickly got us a different room, that was only a few doors away. And the hotel did not charge us for using the first room.

“Staff makes all the difference”

The bar was fantastic tonight. Tina was the bartender and she was amazing (as always). She always made sure everybody felt like they were her #1 priority. The bar was fantastic tonight. Tina was the bartender and she was amazing (as always). She always made sure everybody felt like they were her #1 priority. She is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Diane at the front desk always makes me feel welcomed. She is one of the many members of the staff who make this feel like a home away from home when I am here on business. Victor on the grill always does a great job. The food is always good. I fully recommend a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn - College Station

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in College Station, TX. We stayed here for my daughter's wedding and the entire wedding party and out of town guests had a fantastic time. The sales team and front desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, the bar tenders were friendly and made great drinks, and the housekeeping staff kept our rooms clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting College Station, TX for business or pleasure. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn College Station for making my daughter's wedding weekend so memorable and special!

“Great hotel in Bryan.”

This hotel was very nice. And every staff member I encountered was pleasant and efficient and helpful. It is an older hotel but it was extremely clean both in our room and in all the common areas. The best thing I saw at this hotel was maids! And a lot of them, and on every floor. And as a result… lisää

This hotel was very nice. And every staff member I encountered was pleasant and efficient and helpful. It is an older hotel but it was extremely clean both in our room and in all the common areas. The best thing I saw at this hotel was maids! And a lot of them, and on every floor. And as a result this hotel is pristine. This hotel smell's nice. I don't like the smell of Fabuloso and a lot of hotels smell that way lately. I would give this hotel a 4.5 or a 5 BUT our shower shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. Overall it's great.
