The staff are friendly and helpful; the hot breakfast is amazing, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but not hard to find with good GPS. The staff are friendly and helpful; the hot breakfast is amazing, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but not hard to find with good GPS. That also means we heard NO road noise. Centrally located between McKinney and Allen. We did not have a hang tag for our door to let housekeeping know to replace towels, so we just popped downstairs to retrieve them ourselves. And put the trash bags in the hall, but did not have replacement liners. The dishwasher in the room was disappointingly out of order, but the supplied liquid dish soap came in handy. It is pet friendly. If we are in the area again, we would be happy to stay again.

Good facilities, rooms, service and value. Kitchettes are well equipped and stuff works. Big rooms. Netflix! WiFi is sometimes a bit hard to connect, but otherwise good. Clean, good furniture. Occasional barking dog, but you change rooms. Breakfast is nice. I enjoy staying here. Near lots … lisää

Amazing staff, yummy breakfast, rooms were clean and hotel well kept up. Conveniently located to everything from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Highly recommend for families. Make sure to enjoy the great complimentay breakfast great variety and quality.

The hotel is located in a good area. A lot of restaurants around along with a grocery near. The exterior is well kept and maintained. The rooms are a little dated and need some upkeep. The hotel is located in a good area. A lot of restaurants around along with a grocery near. The exterior is well kept and maintained. The rooms are a little dated and need some upkeep. We had to change rooms after check in because the lights between the beds didn't work. The lights in the new room worked, but one of the reading lights had been pulled or taken off. It was nice having the bedroom area and plenty of room. The couch wasn't too comfortable to sit and we put pillows under us to prevent sinking. The breakfast was as good as I have had in a hotel. They did change the hot meals each morning. The only drawback is that the English Muffins were old and hard. Once you got them apart and ran through the toaster they didn't taste too bad. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful.
