“Great location and comfortable stay.”

Hotel was clean and well staffed. The woman at check-in was friendly and most helpful with questions we had regarding local restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Had a great nights rest. Breakfast was adequate in a comfortable setting. Would definitely stay there again… lisää

“Friendly staff and clean room”

I stayed here recently on a trip to pick up my son from summer camp. The experience was great. The front desk staff was friendly, the room was clean and fresh and they had some snacks available at the front desk which were much needed after my long drive. I stayed here recently on a trip to pick up my son from summer camp. The experience was great. The front desk staff was friendly, the room was clean and fresh and they had some snacks available at the front desk which were much needed after my long drive. The breakfast spread looked pretty extensive and the oatmeal was good. It's also just across the street from Starbucks. I've stayed at a similar star hotel down the street and far preferred the Hampton Inn.

“Not that great, could do better”

This hotel was ok, the AC unit in the room was extremely loud and we made a complaint about it, however we feel that it fell on death ears. We did not think that having the coffee maker set up in the bathroom was very sanitary. These items should be relocated to the TV area. The tub was slippery,… lisää

This hotel was ok, the AC unit in the room was extremely loud and we made a complaint about it, however we feel that it fell on death ears. We did not think that having the coffee maker set up in the bathroom was very sanitary. These items should be relocated to the TV area. The tub was slippery, and we had to use a towel to aid in safety. The night attendant was not pleasant, when questioned on the rate for a pet; we were told that a quality inn was located further down the street. We now have reservation about staying with this chain again.

We had some work to do in Kerrville, TX, and the only Hilton brand was the Hampton Inn. I normally try to avoid this brand as it is the lowest of the Hilton brands, but we didn't have much of a choice in a smaller town. The hotel is located on the main street in town, which has all the food and retail shops. It is easy to find, and parking was not an issue. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk person was very friendly. Once we were done with work, they gave us some recommendations for food. The room itself is pretty basic and what I would expect for a Hampton Inn. The overall design is older, but it has everything you need, including a microwave, which you normally do not see. It looked like there was a little remodeling done, but some parts were not touched. The bathroom was clean, but it still has the older shower/tub combo, which I do not enjoy. The shower head was a bit crusty, but I was not expecting anything different. If I had to stay here again, I would have no issues for a work project.
