The HV/AC was quite noisy but the temperature was comfortable so we turned it off. The provided breakfast was very good and the breakfast area was clean and inviting. We would stay here again.

“Good for Dumas”

I've stayed here a couple of times before. It seems clean, and I slept well--which is the main criterion I have for a hotel. I've stayed here a couple of times before. It seems clean, and I slept well--which is the main criterion I have for a hotel. It's basically a dependable place to stay, as good as you're going to do in Dumas. I knocked it down one star because of a couple of things: I'm not sure about the folks behind the front desk. When I made the reservation, I specifically asked for a room facing away from the highway (otherwise expect plenty of noise from semi trucks roaring down the highway). When I checked in, the desk clerk said they'd reserved my room "facing the highway, just like you requested." There was a sign on the desk advising that roofing work was being done, that some of the foam could blow off onto customer's cars, so "park on the south side of the building". The guy at the desk had no idea what any of that meant. I went out and talked to the guys doing the work and they said they were finishing up the whole project that afternoon. Watch that you don't get a room next to the laundry room. Mine was, luckily no one did laundry at night, though the sign said it was open until midnight. That could ruin a night's sleep. Someone did do laundry in the morning and the washer made really loud groaning noises you cold hear down the hall--and loud in my room. Breakfast was okay if you're into continental breakfast and waffles stuff. As far as meat and eggs, they served polish sausage in a maple sauce, which seemed pretty strange.

“Okay for a night on the road”

We have stayed here each year on our way to Colorado. The hotel seemed a bit shabby to us and our room was missing furniture. We are hilton honors members but our recent experience with Hamptons has not been stellar.

“Little loud, but friendly staff”

Check in was quick, super friendly front office manager. They have cookies on arrival, easy parking. The bed was a little hard and the walls are a little thin, so noisy. The heater was very loud and woke me and the kids when switching on which was like every 30 min through the night. Breakfast was … lisää

Check in was quick, super friendly front office manager. They have cookies on arrival, easy parking. The bed was a little hard and the walls are a little thin, so noisy. The heater was very loud and woke me and the kids when switching on which was like every 30 min through the night. Breakfast was good and quick check out. There are electrical car chargers and a Walmart across the street.
