I booked a ballroom at AC Hotels for an event and I must say publicly say that it was one of the best events ever! The hotel is spotless, the ballroom was perfect, and the food was delicious, including special meal requests for the event. I can't say enough great things about everyone who helped make this event so special! All the staff who helped with the event, including the banquet captain, servers and chefs, were very thoughtful. A special shoutout goes to AC Hotel Fort Worth's senior catering sales manager, Megan A. From start to finish, Megan kept me informed, managed my own repeated questions, vendor inquiries, and went above and beyond the day of the event to make sure everything was perfect. I don't throw a lot of parties, and Megan made it so easy for me, even accommodating for a period of non-response from me while I was dealing with a family emergency. She was very communicative and I appreciate how much care she took to make me comfortable with every decision we made together, providing options as needed. She also had a treat and a handwritten note for us in our room, which we enjoyed once the guests had all left the party. Thank you, Megan & AC Hotels, for a very special event - highly recommend checking them out for your next Fort Worth stay or event!

“Beautiful place. Does noise bother you though?”

Pros: This is right in downtown Fort Worth so you can walk to almost any entertainment or dining venue you can think of. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The building is well kept and extremely clean. Con: The noise. We did pick a weekend when downtown was extremely lively with World Cup activities. However, it was tough to sleep. The windows are thin and we heard every engine rev, sirens, revelers, and just people talking in normal voices down on the street. I highly recommend this place if you are a heavy sleeper or if there are rooms not on the street or maybe when there isn't a festival happening outside :-)

“Charged twice for a room still waiting for refund 1 month after stay .”

The stay was really nice . The hotel was comfortable and clean . Fresh bottled water daily which was a welcome touch , however .... we booked through booking.com and the stay had been paid before we arrived but they asked for a credit card which i assumed was for security purposes , I paid 527 dol… lisää

Fresh bottled water daily which was a welcome touch , however .... we booked through booking.com and the stay had been paid before we arrived but they asked for a credit card which i assumed was for security purposes , I paid 527 dollars which turned out to be a payment for a room . I explained that this has already been paid for and was advised this would be reimbursed . 1 month on and I am still waiting for reimbursement. I have emailed several times to be told 5-10 business days . The hotel and facilities are lovely but getting my money back im very disappointed and still have a credit card bill to pay .
