“Great Customer Service and Clean Rooms”
We stayed at this business on September 22 - 23. Air conditioning was not working in our room and Janeth was extremely helpful and got us switched to a room straight across the hall. Had a wonderful week on a week trip. Both Gloria and Janeth gave me amazing customer service. I really appreciated Janeth's welcoming demeanor and Gloria's at checkout. “Pass”
Awesome people but seems they are always short handed when it comes to room prep. If you have status that gets you early check in don’t bother. Almost seems like they want you to wait for three. If you care about a good gym pass on this property for sure. New Fairfield across the street is a better… lisää
