Residence Inn Las Colinas is a unique property with individual condos instead of motel rooms. Our room had a sleeping area on one side, a desk in the middle and a sunken living area on the other side, with the TV on a swivel so that it could be viewed from either side. It was a very comfortable stay, even though we only were able to stay for one night.

“Good hotel with courteous staff”

I stayed in the loft room for one month for an office trip. The stay was pleasant and peaceful. There is BoFA branch next to the hotel and few Indian restaurants at the walking distance. I stayed in the loft room for one month for an office trip. The stay was pleasant and peaceful. There is BoFA branch next to the hotel and few Indian restaurants at the walking distance. The staff was courteous and polite. Only concerns was the bad quality of breakfast options which lack taste, I stopped having breakfast other than coffee after few days. Also, I didn't feel safe while walking near the hotel at night.

This hotel is located in a busy area and feels quite outdated. The rooms definitely need an upgrade. We stayed for just one night, so it was manageable for that duration. This hotel is located in a busy area and feels quite outdated. The rooms definitely need an upgrade. We stayed for just one night, so it was manageable for that duration. However, in the morning, I went to get a cup for coffee, and it was filthy—so dirty that I wish I had taken photos to show it. We stayed in a loft room, which did have ample space, but the wall at the top was very short, making it unsafe for children. The hotel really needs to work with housekeeping to ensure that cups and utensils provided to guests are clean. Additionally, the rooms and bathrooms should be updated, as they look worn out. On a positive note, the staff was friendly during check-in.
