I see a lot of negative reviews, and i understand a few of them due to the state of construction going on. I have been here over a month and have seen a change for the better. I see a lot of negative reviews, and i understand a few of them due to the state of construction going on. I have been here over a month and have seen a change for the better. All rooms have been recently refreshed (i think i was the first to stay in mine since the renovation), still smelled like new carpet. The laundry room is brand new, and gym is currently being worked. Yes, customer service in general could be improved. Most employees are very helpful, kind, and happy, but you will always have one or two that bring down the standard. The lady working the breakfast bar is a gift from god. Always friendly, attentive, and her energy is like a shot of expresso early in the morning. The breakfast offerings are basic, but always good, and hot. Pool and BBQ area needs some attention. Very dated, but i hear these items are on the list for refurbishing, just hasn't happened yet. Over all, a great experience, very convenient location to shopping, and restaurants. Only 20 minutes to Love field or DFW. Look beyond the negative reviews. This is a good, clean, and refreshed option if staying in the area. General management is lacking, but most of the staff makes up for this with their positive attitude, and willingness to help. I would stay here again if traveling to the area.

Deals to be had here..... I think were into year 3 of construction here and still no end in sight. I had an old room and although it was very tired, it was clean, and I had a good night sleep. Deals to be had here..... I think were into year 3 of construction here and still no end in sight. I had an old room and although it was very tired, it was clean, and I had a good night sleep. I expected this, as I was only staying one night, and they should be giving the nicer re-finished rooms to long-stay guests. Breakfast area is like new and the offering was good. Pool area looked clean though I did not partake. Be aware that airport shuttle stops at 10pm and starts at 6am. If the price is right, go for it.
