“Recommended; would return”

The hotel was quite clean. The pool area overlooks the lake/river area. There are small, thin pool towels provided. If you want something larger/better, bring your own. The pool was clean. Good location.

“Great hospitality”

The front desk was so incredibly helpful (Jamie) as well as the breakfast attendant. They were the best part of the stay. We didn't originally realize it was a hotel as there was not a visible sign from the parking lot. Other than that it was clean and comfortable.

We were excited to find such a highly-rated property at a fantastic price point for our four-day Marble Falls stay. The lobby and dining area are beautiful and well kept - it looks like they may have been renovated recently. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast, while slim, was varied and tasty. I appreciated that they kept both a regular and decaf coffee carafe filled 24/7. The rooms, however, didn’t live up to the expectations set by the public areas. They were mostly clean upon our arrival, but housekeeping only tidied and refreshed once during our stay. They began their rounds quite early, and we were even awoken by them on one occasion. When we’d ask them to return later, then never did. The bathroom shower had pink mold in the corners, which was a little concerning. And while the beds themselves were decent, the pillows were long past needing replaced. None could hold a pillow shape, and were, instead, more like loose bags of stuffing. We also spotted quite a few small flies and gnats in our room throughout our stay, which, while not a deal-breaker, were unpleasant. I’ll probably look for another lodging option the next time I’m in the Marble Falls area.
