We were here for my nephew‘s graduation from ASU, and I made a point to come back to Springhill suites because I had stayed here once before for a football game. The staff was so helpful, the rooms are beautiful and well designed, the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious. I don’t know what else they could’ve done to make my stay more pleasant. We will be back again because we’ll have more football games to attend and several more graduations. Great job Springhill suites!

“Very nice.”

Very nice. Gracious welcoming front desk. Appreciated the cool room temp. Breakfast surprisingly good. Very nice young lady checked us out & allowed late checkout for church & lunch with family. Always appreciate change of clothes before we hit the road.

Gabe and Jackie at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming!! Unfortunately, the female bartender w/ black glasses on a Thursday night wasn’t as friendly. Gabe and Jackie at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming!! Unfortunately, the female bartender w/ black glasses on a Thursday night wasn’t as friendly. When male patrons approached the bar she was very friendly to them, and here I was wondering if I had said something wrong because she presented as very cold and unwelcoming. Aside from her, the hotel and rest of the staff were fantastic!

I have stayed with Marriott properties for over 20 years and I have never experienced such rudeness nor have I ever been disrespected from a hotel employee as I was by the young man at the front desk. He certainly needs training in customer service and or not in contact with customers. My recent… lisää

I have stayed with Marriott properties for over 20 years and I have never experienced such rudeness nor have I ever been disrespected from a hotel employee as I was by the young man at the front desk. He certainly needs training in customer service and or not in contact with customers. My recent stay of 5 night stay review was the bed and pillows were nice. Most of the towels are really worn and certainly needed to be thrown out. The shower was extremely nasty, I went to Walmart and got cleaner before I took a shower. After I brushed my teeth the sink wouldn't drain, I had to take a q-tip to remove hair from the drain before the water would go down, the same thing happen in the sink in the bathroom. Breakfast consists of greasy sausage or under cooked very thin bacon and watery rubbery eggs, make your own powered mix waffle.
