This will be out 4th time staying at the Marriott San Antonio airport and Lazarus at the concierge lounge is always so pleasant welcoming and pleasure to deal with him. Also Javi the guy that makes the omelettes are so amazing. Thank you for welcoming us. About the location location is convenient around the airport. There are restaurants all the way around the rooms are clean. They are modern. Beds are comfortable.

“Truck Owners Beware”

Myself and 2 other co-workers stayed here the last week in July. First night there my co-workers truck was broken into and things stolen. There several other trucks around the parking lot that had also been broken into as well. When I went to the front desk to tell the worker her response was "Oh r… lisää

Myself and 2 other co-workers stayed here the last week in July. First night there my co-workers truck was broken into and things stolen. There several other trucks around the parking lot that had also been broken into as well. When I went to the front desk to tell the worker her response was "Oh really, I hate that" with that I asked "Is this normal here?" and her response was "unfortunately yes, it happens often especially those in trucks". She did nothing other than take down the plate numbers of the other vehicles that it had happened to. We did call the police and an hour later when they showed they told us they could do nothing for us. This is why it keeps happening and is "normal" for the area. So beware if staying here especially if you are in a truck because there is a good chance it will get broken into. Even if parked directly in front of the door and under a light post. Oh and the "guard" they have on duty to patrol we saw several times sleeping in the far back corner of the lot. So he is kind of pointless and not doing his job.
