The furniture in the room could use some updating/repairs; however, the beds were nice and comfortable. You do have 4 pillows on the bed. I really enjoyed the options for breakfast. I am not sure what the exact seasoning was they put on the potatoes, but it was a nice change to other hotels that barely have salt and pepper on the potatoes.

“The good, the bad, the ugly.”

Customer service was great. It’s clean. Parking was easy. Close to amenities. BEDS ARE TERRIBLE. Super springy and uncomfortable. Yes, it’s one bad thing, but it’s like the most important thing. So bad, I wouldn’t stay again. Overall experience would have been A++, but beds left it subpar.

Great location and in a safe area. This is located in a very busy retail area and lots of restaurants. You can walk to TJMaxx and many other places. We wanted to be close to the airport. We were attending a concert at BOK arena downtown. It was about a 30 min drive to downtown but right on the highway so easy to get around. Hotel could use a remodel. Not the nicest or newest Hampton Inns but it served us well and it was safe. Good breakfast, free parking.

“Uncomfortable AC”

We stayed here for one night this past weekend, July 26th. The Executive Suite we rented was ok, but the AC only cooled half of the room. We stayed here for one night this past weekend, July 26th. The Executive Suite we rented was ok, but the AC only cooled half of the room. The side with the bed was very warm and muggy and the opposite side of the room with the sofa was cold. I imagine it is the same in the Winter months with the heat. We woke up at 12:30 in the morning burning up. We were offered another room, but who wants to pack up at midnight and move? It was frustrating. We asked for a fan but were told they did not have fans. I would highly recommend getting some for guests if this issue cannot be resolved. The other issue was that the free breakfast was not good. The powdered eggs were crumbles, not eggs. They were the consistency of Feta cheese. The orange juice was very watered down and had no flavor at all. We have experienced this at other Hamptons as well. Why even call it orange juice if it has nothing but water and a tablespoon of orange juice in it? Sausage was equally flavorless. We will not be staying here again. We will go to another brand of hotel. We are learning that Hamptons are not what they used to be, and the "freebies" come at a high price. The breakfasts are a joke as far as taste and quality and the rooms may be clean, but they have uncomfortable problems that seem to be unfixable and not a problem to management. "Deal with it" is the attitude I get from these hotels. Another problem is that the front desk is not staffed. These people might be there onsite, but they are hiding in the back where they are not available for questions or to solve minor problems for guests. The front desk should be manned with friendly, helpful staff. Stop hiring people who don't want to work or interact with the public.
