“Great new staff”
I usually stay in this hotel when I visit Tulsa. The check in was smooth. The front desk agent Parishe was great, he even went an extra mile when I had a complain about an other guest because his appropriate comment… He was constantly looking after me ones I expressed my concern. “Nice, Clean hotel!”
This hotel is very clean and nice. Everything was perfectly placed and cleaned. The only drawback was the broken elevator. I was made aware of this at the time of reservation and asked if it was still OK. I found this to be extremely kind and caring of the hotel staff.

“Nice upgraded Residence Inn in South Tulsa”
So glad to see this is not like the tired older Residence Inn locations. Very nice staff - helped me out after I messed up my room arrangements. Rooms are clean and modern well stocked. Pool area looked nice and there was ample parking. The breakfast area was clean and spacious.

“Good Hotel, Don't Eat Food”
This is my 2nd stay here, and it is a good place, in my opinion,but as a retired cook, don't eat the breakfast when you see pre-packaged foods there,walk away.
