The hotel had great amenities: pickleball courts, basketball court, lil’ mini golf court, pool and jacuzzi. It looked like you could book conference rooms for family dinners or reunions. There were also many tables near the pool, (both inside pool and outside pool) that were available to eat at, without reservations. It made such a nice venue after a big hiking day, with the holiday music playing, (this was end of November), and the ambiance of the tropical plants around the tables with the relaxing music. If the weather were rainy, their vast conference center provides a nice place to walk a bit indoors, if it is too chilly or rainy to walk outdoors. This vast place is very wheelchair/stroller accessible. If there were to be a need to talk to management/staff about anything, they work with their staff as a team to come up with solutions, so your stay and future stays can remembered with pleasant memories. They are a very friendly staff at this hotel. I had a concern and they provided a solution, and met with their team to figure out how to make it so that no one else would experience that same concern. Forward thinkers and proactive team. There was convenient parking to the outside hotel rooms for both regular vehicles and larger RV vehicles, as well. The rooms were very clean, and the cleaning staff were super friendly.

Mary was the best. Helped us with everything and getting us packed for our airport day. Even get us coffee to out way there to get coffee which was really nice of her.

First time at this hotel. Having it off a busy street is good and bad. Close to places to eat, but you have load traffic noise. The lobby, and rooms are dated. I say at least 20 years old. The Bathroom metal door jam was rusted through giving you an idea how old this place is. Why are the room… lisää

First time at this hotel. Having it off a busy street is good and bad. Close to places to eat, but you have load traffic noise. The lobby, and rooms are dated. I say at least 20 years old. The Bathroom metal door jam was rusted through giving you an idea how old this place is. Why are the rooms for guests with dogs have carpeting? The lobby has old, dark uninviting carpeting / appeal. Morning breakfast was just ok. Parking was sufficient. Price was competitive. If you are in a pinch for a room, this maybe ok. They do have a miniature golf, basketball court which is nice but not necessary.
