“I wish all hotels were as well run as this one is”

We booked two rooms for 6 nights for a family ski trip and were incredibly happy with this hotel. The rooms were larger than expected and had large sitting areas where 5 of us could play a board game. Having double sinks separate from the room with the toilet and bath tub made it way quicker than usual to get ready in the mornings. We loved the hot tub and pool. The lady who looks after the breakfast did a great job. We got two excellent restaurant suggestions from the front desk staff (Bohemian Brewery and take-out from The Pie Pizzeria). It was simple to request housekeeping when we wanted it.

“This place Rocks!”

The hotel is well kept and clean and the staff is friendly. Vanessa the manager goes the extra mile for her guests. The hotel is close to a large mall as well as grocery stores and to many resturants to list. The wife loves this location as its east to navigate.

Location of this hotel is some 15-20 min drive south from downtown SLC. Big shopping mall with food court 5 min away. Free parking and very reasonable price compared to downtown hotels. Location of this hotel is some 15-20 min drive south from downtown SLC. Big shopping mall with food court 5 min away. Free parking and very reasonable price compared to downtown hotels. Room was clean and comfortable with good bedding and functional bathroom. Pool area was the best on our 15 days tour out of 10 hotels. Fair size perfectly heated pool and hot tub - great to start a day and relax in the evening. Breakfast was very good for American standards. The only downside I deduct one star was the very first contact with the hotel - namely, with an obese blonde receptionist lady who was uninterested to check us in, doing something for herself for almost 10 min with no one else to check in but us. On my comment she could do that later she answered arrogantly and rude, so we avoided her during our 2 days stay. The other brunette receptionist was quite kind and pleasant to talk to.

Very nice pool & jacuzzi but the room was too hot. Breakfast on dinner plates with silverware. Good breakfast but no OJ, pancakes or waffles. Very nice pool & jacuzzi but the room was too hot. Breakfast on dinner plates with silverware. Good breakfast but no OJ, pancakes or waffles. Room was clean and comfortable, but you had to ask for room service the night before, but this wasn’t made clear. Residential on the opposite side of the street, but commercial on its side. Half a mile from a huge mall with plenty of restaurants. No airport shuttle.
