Very comfortable bed. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. Pet friendly. Great pool. Great TV, great air conditioning. Loved staying at this Hotel stayed a week. Very good, highly reccommend. Breakfast had a great variety. Stayed in a king room. Very relaxing

I am writing to express my concern about the conduct of the front desk staff during my stay during my visit it appeared that one if not two of the front desk employees was under the influence/smelled like marijuana . This made me feel uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the safety and professionalism of the hotel’s operations. Such conduct is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service expected. I’ll no longer stay at your hotel

“New friends in unexpected places”

The girls at the front desk loved our dog. While we were visiting with them, a retired k9 police officer who was a guest at the hotel stopped to visit with us and our dog. We ended up exchanging numbers with him, so that was an unexpected pleasure to make a new friend. Our room was clean and comfor… lisää

The girls at the front desk loved our dog. While we were visiting with them, a retired k9 police officer who was a guest at the hotel stopped to visit with us and our dog. We ended up exchanging numbers with him, so that was an unexpected pleasure to make a new friend. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. We were concerned that it might be noisy with kids visiting the water park, but the hotel has quiet hours, and it wasn't busy at all on the day we stayed. Breakfast was good. We had a very enjoyable stay. We would stay here again.

Alert: There is construction going on and this building is connected to another hotel (Staybridge Suites), and they both share the water park. Overall, we had a great stay. Alert: There is construction going on and this building is connected to another hotel (Staybridge Suites), and they both share the water park. Overall, we had a great stay. Front staff was nice, clean rooms, hot water, a/c worked and great breakfast items. I loved the veggie omelet and the different options available including the gluten-free muffins! Nancy and Patricia were great at keeping the breakfast items stocked and keeping the tables clean. There is nothing worse than not being able to find a seat when you have a plate full of food or try to save a spot only for someone to take it. Not the case here. After a family or individual would leave, they would pick up any left over trash and wipe down the tables. The water park was kind of icky and murky, but we still took the chance. My little ones had fun and I guess we'll find out in the next few days how they fare. Not sure who is in charge of cleaning the pool, but they definitely need to. Location is about 20 minutes from downtown and there are not many food options...unless you want fast food. We would probably stay here again, just because the hospitality was great :)
