“Best breakfast”

One of the best breakfast ever had at a Holiday inn combined usa & Canada. The service was top notch. The atmosphere was pleasant. A great hotel with top class service. Thumbs up

We were two couples traveling. My Wife and I stayed in 201, which was spotlessly clean, and looked recently renovated. We heard no noise from other guests which added to our enjoyment. Breakfast was standared HIE, but of course, the cinnamon buns...yum! At check-in, we found Vicki to be super friendly and wonderfully willing to join in the banter between us and our friends. It personalized the check-in. At breakfast one morning, there was some kerfuffle in the lobby with an unwelcome intruder. The manager deftly removed the person from the property and then she entered the breakfast area to apologize for the inconvenience. I was very impressed.

This was my Best HIN experience at half the price i paid. clean, huge facility with new menu in breakfast...lot of variety and decent Gym and clean swimming pool

I came into the lobby already prebooked and was greeted by Anita who seem to be suffering from a case of "the uns" : unwilling, unfriendly, unkind, and unhelpful. Yes, we did get rooms and they were fine (no hand soap though) Anita seemed unaware that she works in the hospitality industry. When unfortunately I asked what the check time was she snapped "I already told you it was 11". When i called out for someone she barked that it was unnecessary as i was on camera. When asked about luggage carts she complained that she didn't know as they werent infront of her... I found them after hauling everything myself right by the other door...which I'm sure Anita knows exists. All her efforts were put into her snippy come backs: face, tone and attitude. If the late shift is not for you see your manager. Breakfast option were sub par, mostly inedible and tired. Her morning staff at large was friendly, helpful and welcoming.
