“Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff”

“Excellent customer service”
The Residence Inn, Harrisonburg VA is very accommodating. The breakfast staff are very polite and always aim to please. The property is clean and well kept.

“Residence Inn Harrisnoburg is simply a nice place to stay”
The staff is always very nice and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need to cook meals there. The location is also close to plenty of retail stores if you should need anything or want to go out to eat. It's a nice place to stay.

“Would love to be here for a longer stay”
We were impressed with the layout of our room which had Queen size bed, lovely bathroom area with sink separate from toilet area allowing easier preparation. “Rooms need an update - dated”
The hotel was fine. Not sure why it is #1 ranked as the rooms seem dated. Sure the rooms are large and staff friendly, but needs a guest room update badly.
