I have always had good experiences with Holiday Inn Express & this one proved to be the best of all. The staff is remarkable! This was an 8 day stay with even the most minor of concerns addressed promptly. The room was clean and every member of this staff was at the top of their game. For a sight-seeing vacation in the D.C. area, the location is perfect: far enough out to mitigate traffic issues for points of interest beyond the Belt Way with the hotel offering a free shuttle to the nearby Metro Station to get into The District. Free parking is a Godsend and unusual for the area as well. Breakfast is far better than expected and consistent with quality. To be sure, this is not a five star resort, but the levels of customer care are on parr with one. Everyone here was so friendly, always asking if there was anything else they could do to improve our experience. If you are looking for real value for the money, this is probably the best in the area.

I I had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Springfield for a month, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. The service here is nothing short of exceptional. I would like to give special recognition to the front desk staff—Subha, Safin, and Rashid. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to outstanding customer service truly made a difference in my stay. They consistently went above and beyond, not only making me feel comfortable and welcome but also ensuring every guest was personally cared for. They were always checking in to see how our stay was going and asking what more they could do to improve our experience—simply outstanding service. Beyond the excellent staff, the hotel’s location is ideal—close to everything you might need, including restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, and the metro station. It’s convenient, clean, and incredibly well-run. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel at home during my extended stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Springfield area—you won’t be disappointed!
