This was our first time staying at an Avid Hotel. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was not huge or fancy, but it was very clean, which was the most important. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They also provide a free breakfast with numerous choices. We will definitely look at Avid Hotels for future travels.

“Nice hotel, just keep the door latched”

Extremely friendly team member greeted us to check us in. Very smiley and seemed like a genuinely nice person. She happily also granted us a late checkout as per my IHG Gold status. Room very clean. Extremely friendly team member greeted us to check us in. Very smiley and seemed like a genuinely nice person. She happily also granted us a late checkout as per my IHG Gold status. Room very clean. AC worked well. Bed comfortable. No coffee in room but bean-to-cup coffee machines available 24/7 in the lobby. One thing that did upset us however is the next morning a member of housekeeping entered our room whilst we were getting dressed (!) despite the “do not disturb” sign being on the door. Called down to the front desk to complain however it was a different person working the desk vs the previous day, and this staff member did not seem to understand the invasion of privacy this caused.

Ok, let's start out by saying the rooms are super small but at least they were able to fit a king size bed in there. I only needed it for a one night stay so it satisfied that purpose. Ok, let's start out by saying the rooms are super small but at least they were able to fit a king size bed in there. I only needed it for a one night stay so it satisfied that purpose. Seemed clean and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. I felt as if this hotel was an eco friendly style hotel. The hot water in the shower only gets so hot so if you like a nice hot shower, you are not getting it. They offered breakfast but it was probably one of the worst I have gotten from a hotel that offers free breakfast. Not my kind of hotel, probably won't stay again.
