“Enjoyed our visit”

We were checked in by Andrea, who was very pleasant and helpful, and the two young women who checked us out were very pleasant, too. Andrea gave us a bottle of water and chocolate bar with my husband's name on the wrapper as he has elite status. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious and king bed … lisää

We were checked in by Andrea, who was very pleasant and helpful, and the two young women who checked us out were very pleasant, too. Andrea gave us a bottle of water and chocolate bar with my husband's name on the wrapper as he has elite status. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious and king bed was comfortable. Pillows were Ok but not the Marriott assortment we're used to. I was disappointed to find that the hotel has only 1 room with walk-in shower, which was occupied, but Andrea put us in a room that had lots of grab bars in the bathroom, and the bathtub had low sides. The shower setup was awkward and there was no showercap, lotion, etc. It's always disappointing that Courtyard doesn't offer included breakfast or even coffee in the lobby.

“A nice place to stay in a nice area.”

We just needed a room for the night so it fit the bill with a clean room and exceptionally nice and helpful staff. AC was cold and the bed comfortable. Parking ample and the awesome brewery/restaurant next door to the hotel was excellent. We had one issue (stuff happens) and the staff rectified … lisää

We just needed a room for the night so it fit the bill with a clean room and exceptionally nice and helpful staff. AC was cold and the bed comfortable. Parking ample and the awesome brewery/restaurant next door to the hotel was excellent. We had one issue (stuff happens) and the staff rectified it immediately. Only downside was the public areas: hard floors were dirty and the hallway carpets had not been vacuumed at all and accumulating dirt debris and yuck were quite evident. That was the first impression walking to our room, but as stated, room was top notch.
