My family had a good stay. Elle was great at check in and check out, we really appreciated her help. Give that woman a raise! Pleasantly surprised at the condition of the hotel, given the frequency of visitors and proximity to the beach. The room was good, larger than expected and clean. Covered parking is great to have and plentiful. We really have no complaints. We did not use the pool due to the amount of people, but it looked like it had no issues. The cafe staff were great and quick to complete orders. Constructive criticism: One of the main elevators (attached to lobby) on floor 7 has inoperable buttons and should be fixed. Our room did have low levels of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, however, we did not ask for room service during our stay so it's likely those would have been refilled. The hotel restaurant was severely understaffed during the day for the weekend and wait times were very long-better planning is suggested for better service.

“Good location but public space had a back of the house feel”

I liked the location and bay beach access. The suite rooms are well laid out with balconies. I did not like the lobby or public space on the 2nd floor. There was a pallet of sand bags in the lobby near the elevator for no apparent reason. The elevators were slow and not always clean and the automatic front doors made a loud noise when closing. The 2nd floor was banquet space, coffee shop, restaurant and pool/beach access but felt like the back of the house with metal service doors everywhere. There were some nice sitting areas but furniture was basic and uncomfortable. The room was fine and staff were pleasant but I thought the hotel was poorly maintained and the decor was ugly.
