This is a newer Hampton Inn with all of the more modern conveniences that one finds these days in a 3 star hotel. The hotel has 4 floors, and I pre-reserved a room on the 4th floor away from the highway. It was totally quiet. The room and bathroom were both exceptionally clean. I was able to adjust the HVAC unit to a temperature I was comfortable with. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast buffet was typical for Hampton Inn, with cheese omelets, sausage links and roasted potatoes. Fresh honeydew melons were a nice touch. Waffles, cereals, yogurts, and multiple choices of breakfast breads were all offered. You won't go hungry at breakfast. And it's all complimentary. I appreciated that the buffet was available between 6 a.m. - 10 a.m. There's a good fitness room with newest cardio equipment plus a very nice assortment of free weights. I did not use the indoor heated pool but it looked very clean. Finally the Front Desk personnel were very helpful in recommending restaurants to consider for dinner in Kennewick. For the price paid, this was a good value hotel for my one night visit.

This hotel is clean, the grounds beautiful, and they take pets. The manager is at the desk-and very helpful. We had had a bad experience the previous night at another Hampton Inn with parking lot lights and inadequate blackout shades. This Hampton Inn had the same parking lot lights, but really good blackout curtains. The rooms have been recently remodeled and are comfortable and restaurants are a short walk away that will allow a dog on the patio-great place for us!

“Great Hotel for Stopover”

I have stayed at this hotel three times as I go back-and-forth between California and Montana each spring and fall. I have stayed at this hotel three times as I go back-and-forth between California and Montana each spring and fall. I travel with my dogs and need an option that is on and off the freeway quickly but close to an outdoor dining option. This hotel meets all the criteria and in addition the breakfast is fantastic, the rooms are very clean and the staff is great. Additionally, the hotel is dog friendly and very close to a great park where we walk the dogs after a long day in the car. The few restaurants nearby have a small outdoor patio so it works, even though the food isn’t outstanding, it works since we are just passing through for one night. We will continue to use this as our stop over for the travel between states!

Location is easy to get to and there are restaurants nearby. The rooms were nice. I liked the bed. Staff is friendly, room was clean though it didn't seem as new as others mention in reviews. Pretty good value. It was a little noisy for us. We were on 3 and neighbors on 4 were quite noisy. The management was able to resolve the problem after a couple of phone calls to the front desk. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast. I liked the oatmeal. Omelets were edible. Sausage was okay but highly processed. They have the make your own waffles which is a nice option. Coffee makers in room were alright I like it more when they have Keurig or Nespresso. Not bad at all. The price was good. I would say a small step up from the Best Western Plus down the street where we have stayed before. My wife did like the Pharmacopeia soap at the BWP more than the Zero at the Hampton. I liked the shower at the Hampton much more.
