Justin truly exceeded my expectations. He was extremely accommodating for me and my family on Thanksgiving weekend. Justin was profoundly professional, exceptionally polite, extremely kind and understanding. The room he assigned to us truly matched the excellent service that Justin rendered to me! I also want to extend my sincere gratitude to Lynell. She was also very friendly, sincerely polite and incredibly helpful. Please acknowledge Justin and Lynell. We recently had the pleasant opportunity to spend six nights at the Olympia Doubletree. We stayed in a recently remodeled room and it was great - comfortable beds, nice decor and a really nice bathroom. We had our free breakfast (Diamond level with Hilton) every morning and it was consistently great. The restaurant and front desk staff were consistently great. We highly recommend this propert.

Pros: nice bedding and pillows. Ashley at the front desk is sweet. Microwave and frig in room was good. Television new. Room was airy and we could open the windows. The towels were thick and new. Good tea and coffee service. Cons: shower head is horrible. Water pressure at sink is not gr… lisää

Check in and check out was easy and efficient. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They were very responsive to all of my requests. The restaurant had the normal breakfast buffet. Check in and check out was easy and efficient. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They were very responsive to all of my requests. The restaurant had the normal breakfast buffet. It did not have plant based sausage or turkey sausage/bacon. Also, they did not have hot chocolate. They did have a nice variety of tea. The restaurant staff was attentive and did a great job of refilling the buffet. The hotel is under renovations and it needs it. Future guests should have a better experience. The carpet is old dark and worn in the stairs, hallways and the room. The bathroom is small. The shower was only about 2 feet wide. Very tight. You have to get in the shower to turn on the water. I want to turn on the shower to warm up without getting sprayed with cold water. The bathroom sink is not in the bathroom but in the room just by the entrance door. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had water damage. The hotel is in a convenient location. Walking distance from the State Capitol, Pervicial Landing, the Japanese gardens and several restaurants. The room was clean. Linen clean, bathroom clean no mold of mildew. housekeeping was excellent. The parking is free. The fitness center has all the normal equipment of a hotel gym.
