“Affordable hidden gem”
This hotel is a hidden gem. We didn't need major amenities, just really a place to sleep that was affordable, clean and safe. The whole hotel felt small, personalized and cozy, which we loved. “Wonderful gem in the Palouse!”
We had always wanted to stay at this hotel after seeing it up on the hill every time we visited our son, who graduated from Washington State. “Fantastic Customer Service”
The staff at this hotel went over-the-top with their customer service. From the moment we booked to check-out. “Nice hotel next to WSU.”
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to help my daughter move back to WSU for her last semester. It's got a great location next to WSU. the room was comfortable and quiet, the pool and hot tub were both indoors. My only complaint (minor) was the breakfast. There were no omelets or eggs. “Served it’s purpose.”
Quick stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower was very slow. Breakfast minimal. No daily housekeeping but refreshed towels if requested. Location was best draw for us. Parking was good. Staff friendly.
