I stayed for one night at this hotel. They were very accomodating when I arrived and the Irene on the front desk made the arrangements for me with a third party for shuttle service to my cruise ship the next day. Yes the hotel is not the most modern but it was quiet, my room was clean, the hallways were free of odors, the bed was super comfy, the casino eatery was excellant, hotel breakfast provided something for everyone. Loved the waffles! On checkout Robert Kelley was most helpful. Just a great experience for a very reasonable price. If in Seattle again for a cruise, I will not hesitate staying there again. I forgot to mention, the shuttle bus driver was the best ever. He was patient in the traffic, kept up all in stitches!! He's a driver with nerves of steel for the traffic we encountered, while getting us to the hotel in the safest manner possible. He wasn't begging for tips either but his over all generous personality earned him lots. To the manager: your team members that I encountered are an asset to your hotel.

Large spacious room with coffee facilities and a microwave. Huge comfortable bed. Nice bed linen. Bathroom had shampoo and shower gels. Nice towels even a flannel. Staff all friendly. Breakfast not bad. Had a lot of choice. Only downside is the bedroom carpet could be shampooed as walking baref… lisää

“360 Turnaround Great to be back!!!”

I wrote a negative and true review in 2015 and now I need to update my thoughts based on 2 recent stays here. We switched to other hotels through the last 8 years. Decided to try again. I wrote a negative and true review in 2015 and now I need to update my thoughts based on 2 recent stays here. We switched to other hotels through the last 8 years. Decided to try again. The casino is refurbished and back open with wonderful food with an asian influence. The hotel rooms have new flooring, the pool is being renovated. The shuttle service to the mall is still running. The security for the parking is 24/7 by staff. We have our favorite hotel back!!! Reasonable rates, great food, great breakfast every morning. Love our Wyndham Hotel Chains!!

Don’t let the lobby fool you the rooms are desperate for a facelift and offered nothing to charge your phone by the bed, the counters are for some reason in the bathroom very low, not sure why. And if you’re concerned about security be advised the doors to the parking lot can be propped open which we found coming and going many times And it is supposed to be locked at night . and if you’re an average size adult, good luck with the tiny towels! And then for the highlight were the shredded curtains which I’m not sure what happened!!! it is quiet and we did sleep well but just prepare yourself at the lobby is the only thing that has a facelift
