What a lovely and striking looking hotel. Easy to find and it was a great stop as we were just passing through on our way to Glacier National park. Large carpark and very friendly and welcoming reception staff. Room was large and comfortable with a small balcony and a view over Spokane. We were told of the local dining facilities nearby and there were very welcoming cookies available later. The free breakfast was excellent and contained all we needed. Couldn't fault this hotel in any way. Most enjoyable stay

“Very cool building”

The structure is quite attractive and the location is OK but you need a car as not much within walking distance. Room is nicely sized and TV is hood. Bed is comfortable. Bath is clean.

“Upset for dishonesty”

Everything was great about our stay, the only problem I had was I thought I was bringing my pet and decided not too, it would of been a hassle for us to go back and forth to the hospital. Everything was great about our stay, the only problem I had was I thought I was bringing my pet and decided not too, it would of been a hassle for us to go back and forth to the hospital. So I had my niece care for her while we were going through our loved one being ill. I left and told the front desk that the dog never came. Later I got a text from Nissi?? And she stated I signed for her and she said she was there. WHAT A LIAR! I tried to call her back , my phone wouldn’t go through. So I texted her back, no answer. My non profit work paid for me so I can spend time with my husband. They should have cameras? Well if this is how business is made then that’s sad. Isn’t it bad enough how the world is and your own business workers lie like this. I’m upset about who’s running this place. Beautiful place but bad management.

“Pleasant stay in Spokane”

Enjoyed the manager special light dinner offerings from 5 to 7 on Monday to Wednesday. They offer cool fruit infused water, coffee/hot water machine and additions. There are fresh baked cookies and milk every evening. There is no pool here just an exercise room with a few machines to use. The seati… lisää

Enjoyed the manager special light dinner offerings from 5 to 7 on Monday to Wednesday. They offer cool fruit infused water, coffee/hot water machine and additions. There are fresh baked cookies and milk every evening. There is no pool here just an exercise room with a few machines to use. The seating areas are comfortable and attractive. We had 2 queen beds. The telephone did not work.
