“Unexpected delightful surprise”
I booked Hotel Murano without researching much, or even thinking about it much. I just needed a place to sleep. But it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise! I really loved that hotel!! “Great value!”
I arrived to a big line at the front desk and I got to observe how well the only hotel clerk handled the stress. I also watched as someone came in to berate her for something that wasn't her fault. She didn't let it affect her as she went on to help others. Beautiful hotel. Beautiful art. Grea… lisää

“Tacoma”
First time in Washington. The hotel was nice but surrounding areas felt quite desolate. Transportation was easily accessible and in walking distance.
