My wife and I had the pleasure of staying on this property recently. We had been hiking all day so when we arrived, we were quite tired. Eva at the front desk was amazing! She took good care of us. We got a carry out bite to eat from the restaurant to our room and the food was very good. The next morning, Brandy in the restaurant was a lot of fun and took very good care of us. When we checked out, Kristin was a big help. All the staff we had contact with were great! The property is very clean, and our room was quite nice. If I had one little complaint it would be the toilet is, for me anyway, much to low. I would recommend this property and look forward to visiting it again.

We stay at this hotel returning to NJ after visiting family in NC for Thanksgiving. It is very convenient from Rte 81, is nicely comfortable and had a restaurant and lounge so we don't have to fine a place to have drinks and dinner. We stay at this hotel returning to NJ after visiting family in NC for Thanksgiving. It is very convenient from Rte 81, is nicely comfortable and had a restaurant and lounge so we don't have to fine a place to have drinks and dinner. Also, this is the second year we have stayed here and have found the food to very good. Also, the staff is very amenable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5 stars) The staff was polite and helpful when we checked in, which made for a nice first impression. We stayed in room 501. Upon entering, the room looked clean and well-kept at first glance. However, we did notice a few issues during our stay. The hallway light inside the room wasn’t working, and in the closet area, the extra pillows were stored in a plastic bag with human hair on them. The extra blanket also had hair on it, which was disappointing. The bathroom appeared clean overall, but the glass shower door was out of alignment and didn’t close properly. There was pink mold along the bottom of the door and in the lower grout lines, and the shower floor grip was discolored from built-up dirt and grime. Additionally, the toilet seat was crooked. The mini fridge in the room was also not in working order, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, the bedroom itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The king bed provided a good night’s rest, and the room was quiet with no noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. With a bit more attention to detail in cleaning, maintenance, and amenities, this could have been a great stay.
