Was very clean was very satisfied with the stay would recommend staying there to anybody was very clean staff was great and rooms are nice nice bar just wish the bar stayed open later

“Biking 🚴 paradise BW”

The BW is located in a quiet area and close to the Chippewa River State Bike Trail. We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here several nights. This is a decent hotel. Our room was clean and hotel was quiet. The staff that we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. Nonetheless, it is in need of some updating. Specifically the furniture in our room while serviceable needs to be replaced. Plus the roo… lisää

Stayed here several nights. This is a decent hotel. Our room was clean and hotel was quiet. The staff that we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. Nonetheless, it is in need of some updating. Specifically the furniture in our room while serviceable needs to be replaced. Plus the room, which was a suite, has a strange tile corner in living room portion of the suite. I can only assume that there was a whirlpool in that corner at one time, which they tiled over. Which of course makes me wonder how old the carpet is? I also found the WiFI slow, even during off peak hours. I am retired, but if I was traveling for work, it would have been hard to work from here. The hotel breakfasts were fine.

“Not a great experience, room for improvement here”

There is room for improvement here, the hotel is in need of some updates, the furniture is older Victorian style, bed was not super comfortable, my suite you could tell used to be a jacuzzi room but they took out the tub and put a recliner in it's place, looked out of place, it was a good size room… lisää

The biggest miss was with service, no one at checkout, no answer to the buzzer, I left a note to email me a folio, didn't happen, called back later and was put on hold for 8 minutes b4 I hung up, called again to request a receipt and they tried but nope, called again and finally received the emailed folio, terrible service
