“Big Rooms”
Stayed here for one night and was very surprised at how big the rooms were. A ton of space to move around and place our belongings. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a typical one at this chain, but still good. Everything was pleasant for us.

“Knocked 1 star off for being too scented”
The hotel was under renovation. We asked for and were given top floor No hassle about my service dog. Room was very nice and clean minimal dust above door frames etc. Slight artificial fragrance odor in room. Beds were only ok. A bit firm for me. Breakfast was again only ok.

The service in this hotel is wonderful and that is the 4 star rating. Employees were really friendly, polite and accommodating. They are in the middle of a gigantic remodel and update. “Just okay”
I used to come here quite a bit and always pleased . Not this time . The check in guy mumbled looking down the whole check in . Noticed the hot tub wasn’t working , ( looked forward to a soak .lol) the check in guy failed to mention there would be construction on the floor I was on. Being a Sund… lisää
