We came on motorcycles and she allowed us to park under the awning, and was so kind. The room was also very comfortable and clean! Hotel is located right on the riverfront, which is a wonderful location. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall a good stay. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and kept up. Elevator was quick and efficient. Overall a good stay. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and kept up. Elevator was quick and efficient. The only issue was that the hotel did not justify the price. Stayed two nights @ $250 for Sunday and $320 for Monday, for a suite with a couch and river view. Couch wasn't the most comfortable to watch TV and felt awkward, shower was a little tight, basic in room amenities, and not much literature on area businesses was found in the hotel (local restaurants needs to be updated on the hotel's website as many listed are no longer in business). Minor areas that would likely go unmentioned for $250 a night. When paying $320 a night my expectations are high, and I felt they were not met for the price paid. Again no real issues, just feel they need to step up the quality to justify the price.

This is a very nice smaller Courtyard on the Mississippi. We chose this hotel for an overnight to visit a clinic because of the reviews and we love Marriott. The hotel itself did not disappoint. This is a very nice smaller Courtyard on the Mississippi. We chose this hotel for an overnight to visit a clinic because of the reviews and we love Marriott. The hotel itself did not disappoint. It was quiet IN the hotel and very clean and comfortable. The pool area is lovely with great views of the Mississippi. The 4 stars verses 5 is due to a few things. First is the smell at that end of the river walk from the brewery is quite offensive. Once you are a few buildings down the walk, you no longer smell it. There was still a faint smell of it in our room. We did not have our window open. The other thing is that we went to sit outside on their beautiful patio and between the smell and the sound of the sewer treatment less that a football field length away, we decided to walk down the river walk and take in the view elsewhere. I say this every so kindly, not as a snob. My husband drinks weak coffee and I ordered a Starbucks coffee from the Bistro as the room coffee was weak. All they had was medium and it was so weak, he couldn’t even drink it. All this to say, that if we need to come to LaCrosse for another appointment we will have to weigh out whether we want a great room with a good view and put up with the smell and the noise or move farther down the river for accommodations .
