“Breakfast Staff Are The Best!!!”

Stayed for two weeks on business. Clean, safe, friendly staff; exactly what you would expect for a Springhill Suites. Stayed for two weeks on business. Clean, safe, friendly staff; exactly what you would expect for a Springhill Suites. One aspect of my stay stood out though and her name is Teri (I apologize if I spelled your name wrong because I forgot to ask). Teri ran the breakfast and she was absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was always ready on time and all of the many offerings were always stocked and available. The area was clean and organized. And most of all, Teri was friendly and happy every day. She always greeted me and everyone else with a smile. Thanks for making this stay a great one, Teri!

We had a great stay overall. They had two areas for camper parking. All of the front desk ladies we spoke to were nice. The room was very spacious, with a separate couch area and two closets. We had a great stay overall. They had two areas for camper parking. All of the front desk ladies we spoke to were nice. The room was very spacious, with a separate couch area and two closets. Even the laundry bag in the closet was bigger than most I've seen, and it had drawstrings! Also, I appreciate that they had extra blankets and sheets in the closet so we didnt have to walk to the front desk and ask for more. The TV was big and on a mount, so you could swivel it toward the beds or couch area. The brightness of the lights above the bed could be adjusted. The beds were on the firm side, which my husband liked. The pool area was small but clean. The breakfast was good. The scrambled eggs were better than most hotel eggs, and I loved that they had cheese and salsa you could put on them. They also had cheese and spinach quiche that my husband enjoyed. They had quite an oatmeal setup with all sorts of toppings: chocolate chips, cinnamon, banana chips, sunflower seeds, and more. My son enjoyed the sausage links and make your own waffles. The only negative that I could give was that all of the cartoned milk (which I was SO excited about) tasted bad even though the date was good. But, I did enjoy the oat milk that they had in a pitcher. Very delicious!

“Nice Stay for an Overnight”

My family and I took a quick trip from the Black Hills of South Dakota to Rocky Mountain National Park. My family and I took a quick trip from the Black Hills of South Dakota to Rocky Mountain National Park. Leaving later in the day, we opted to stay in Cheyenne for one night, then proceed to Colorado the next day. The hotel was nice, and the staff greeted us with a warm welcome upon our arrival. The room was nice, and the breakfast was appropriate, complementing our expectations. The parking lot and grounds were well maintained, and we felt "safe" within and around the facility. If we stay in Cheyenne again, we would definitely consider this hotel. However, we are members of the Wyndham Rewards Program, so we tend to lean more toward LaQuinta, etc.

Overall this hotel meets the bill but does not really stand out as excellent. The rooms are clean and updated but small and feel cramped, likely due to the oversized furniture. Overall this hotel meets the bill but does not really stand out as excellent. The rooms are clean and updated but small and feel cramped, likely due to the oversized furniture. The exterior walls are very thin, so expect to hear every noise on the outside, however the interior walls are surprisingly thick so you won’t have to worry about hearing your neighbors. The hotel is close to pretty much everything you’d want, but nothing is walkable. Given the lack of choices in Cheyenne it is among the best you’ll find.,
