We returned to The Rockwell for another stay. The size of the rooms, kitchen and sitting areas and the split sink/shower bathrooms make this a comfortable home base for an active Jackson stay. Water, coffee/tea and fresh evening chocolate chip cookies are convenient throughout the day. Pleasant helpful stay. Airport shuttle was convenient and timely. Pool/hot tub is a nice way to wind down at day's end. This Inn is walkable all of the Jackson coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Ski shuttle available too for those heading to Jackson Hole.

“Comfortable and so Convenient”

We stayed here for our first trip to Jackson and would definitely stay here again. The hotel was in a great location, we could walk everywhere, the room was clean, comfortable, as was the lobby and breakfast area. The hotel was in a great location, we could walk everywhere, the room was clean, comfortable, as was the lobby and breakfast area. There is a good standard hotel free breakfast and shuttle for the airport and ski resort. Staff were also professional and helpful. Overall a great place to stay!

“Another lovely stay”

This was my fifth year staying with them for my GTNP trip. They are so friendly, professional and helpful. This time my room was inside the main hotel building which I really loved! This was my fifth year staying with them for my GTNP trip. They are so friendly, professional and helpful. This time my room was inside the main hotel building which I really loved! In this hotel room they have a ceiling fan which I was so excited to see and I noticed they didn’t have a noisy ac/heater going on/off all day or night—it was so much more peaceful yet the room temp was good. My room was clean and updated; the bed and pillows were decent. Their breakfast buffet is the usual hotel choices but I like how it’s available and hot n ready for guests. I still love that they offer the airport shuttle and their overall location is perfect. Can’t wait to be back in 2027!

Great location, the rooms are super comfy, their shuttle service from the airport and to the ski resort are great, and their people are just wonderful.
