We cross the country twice a year which means twice a year in Rock Springs. And after trying several of the other chains, we found this Homewood — and have never stayed anywhere else (this was our 5th visit). It’s the No.1-rated hotel in the whole town, every time we come and that says a lot about its consistency of perfection. Housekeepers are always busy keeping the whole hotel tidy. There is a well-outfitted fitness room with free weights, lots of towels and a scale. You might need it, too — after enjoying the lavish breakfast: the best scrambled eggs in the world, sausage patties, potatoes, a chicken dish that could even be a dinner entree, apples/bananas/oranges, yogurts We had a 2-Bedroom (King, 2 Queens)/2-Bath (both with tubs) Suite that was so massive you hardly know the rest of your family is there with the doors closed. For instance, when is the last time your hotel room was so big it had an L-shaped living room sofa? In over 600 Hilton nights, we can say for us only in the Presidential Suite at the Berlin Hilton. Screened windows for a breeze, too. Special thanks to Jasmine on the Front Desk who so graciously timed our arrival to the room’s availability, her care and professionalism was very appreciated. Yet again, another completely enjoyable stay thanks to GM John and Operations Manager Mary and their wonderful attention to detail.

“Great location”

Lovely hotel, allows pets for a fee, great breakfast variety, room was spacious and very clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and had a view of the mountains. Convenient location from interstate. Plenty of parking available. If in the area we would stay at this location… lisää

“Very clean and spacious”

Very clean, roomy and comfortable. One gal at the desk was a crabby patty but the other one was an absolute delight! We missed the breakfast on a Saturday because we had to leave before it began at 7, so we were bummed to miss what we’ve heard is a good breakfast. Would totally stay here again!

This Homewood cannot possibly get any better than it is — which is what we say every time we stay here. And this time, on our 4th visit, we have stopped saying that simply because it is sheer perfection here. The recent renovation puts it right over the top. We were fortunate enough to enjoy a 2-Bedroom/2-Bath (tubs in both) Suite that is downright gigantic. You won’t believe how spacious the living room is, or each bedroom. The windows open for a breeze. And the TV’s are brand new and huge. The fitness room has the usual machines and free weights, plenty of towels. And get ready for breakfast! We’ve got over 1900 nights in hotels traveling the countryside celebrating our retirements and we can honestly say these are the best scrambled eggs you will ever taste. There’s more, too: potatoes, sausage, breads and bagels, oatmeal, apples/oranges, yummy home-made scones and for you early-risers, complimentary coffee in the lobby even before breakfast. We cannot thank you enough, GM John and Sales Director Mary, for making this hotel experience the very best in Hilton hospitality. See you next time, for sure!
